Please note that minutes are only formally approved at the next council meeting and published shortly afterwards.
A paper copy of the minutes is also available in the Parish Office and can be viewed by contacting the clerk to the Council.
There are three formal types of meetings.
Full Council Meetings are the normal monthly council meetings.
Annual Parish Meetings are the yearly council meetings held in April which are usually held in the Parish Hall. These meetings are intended to briefly summarise the actions of the council for the previous year and to indicate the main intentions for the coming year.
Annual Parish Council Meetings are the yearly council meetings at which the councillors for the coming year are elected to the various positions and committees and is held in May immediately prior to the Full Council meeting.
